La Micronazione Sovrana Impero ha appreso che l'ex regnante del Regne de Riboalte, Joan II, svilendo definitivamente il suo nome e quello della micronazione a cui faceva capo e che ha condotto alla fine, ha pubblicato il 24 dicembre 2008 una nota nella quale dichiarava che il Regne de Riboalte avrebbe rotto il trattato in vigore con Impero a causa di prepotenti ingerenze di Impero relative ai loro alleati e che a seguito di tale decisione avrebbe contattato Impero per comunicare la fine dei legami diplomatici.
Si è reso dunque necessario emettere questo comunicato ufficiale affinché venga messa in evidenza la realtà dei fatti.
In data 24 dicembre 2008 la Micronazione Sovrana Impero, prendendo atto della decadenza del Regne de Riboalte e della violazione del Trattato di Amicizia e di Reciproco Riconoscimento vigente tra i due stati ha sancito la fine di ogni genere di rapporto diplomatico con lo stesso.
Relativamente a questo secondo elemento si ribadisce che il trattato firmato dallo stesso Joan II l'8 gennaio 2007 sanciva, con l'articolo 4, che "Mediante la stesura di questo trattato, le due nazioni si dichiarano portatrici di un micronazionalismo serio, indipendentista e non solo di facciata. Per questo le due nazioni si impegnano a non intraprendere relazioni con i rispettivi nemici e del micronazionalismo in generale".
L'Impero è un progetto serio e come tale rispetta quanto viene sottoscritto nei trattati che stipula. Pertanto si aspetta che anche le controparti tengano fede alla loro parola e a quanto liberamente e volontariamente scelgono di approvare.
Le Regne de Riboalte ha invece infranto quanto prescritto dal trattato legandosi ad entità che nulla avevano a che fare con il micronazionalismo ed ancor più gravemente nel corso del 2008 quella che era una micronazione extra-territoriale ha lasciato spazio a un delirante sito internet incentrato su un paese immaginario e fantasioso, dove si inventano possedimenti territoriali, ricevimenti e pranzi invisibili e si presentano fotografie e video (talvolta ritoccati) di monumenti, edifici, territori, operazioni militari, cerimonie di altri stati spacciandoli per fatti e soggetti presenti o effettuati da o presso Riboalte.
Contestualmente l'Impero ha quindi preso atto del fatto che la micronazione Regne de Riboalte ha cessato di esistere.
E' stata quindi la Micronazione Sovrana Impero a segnalare a ciò che restava del Regne de Riboalte la fine di ogni rapporto a causa della violazione del trattato, mentre Joan II si limitò ad accettare la nostra comunicazione.
Nella stessa lettera Impero concludeva dicendo che la nostra micronazione è un'entità seria che ha rapporti diplomatici e contatti con micronazioni, nazioni ed organizzazioni che hanno come obiettivo il riconoscimento della loro identità e l'ottenimento della loro indipendenza reale. Posizione che, sempre da Joan II, venne classificata come ignoranza.
La Micronazione Sovrana Impero non ha mai cercato il Regne de Riboalte, ma è questo che ha contattato la nostra nazione chiedendo riconoscimento e relazioni diplomatiche concretizzatesi poi con la stipulazione del trattato.
Prima della comunicazione finale del 24 dicembre 2008 non ci sono state altre comunicazioni di alcun genere, a parte gli auguri per le festività inviati da Impero. E' quindi evidente come il Regne de Riboalte non esista più e come il suo nome venga oggi usato da un sito che narra le vicissitudini immaginarie di un paese fantasioso, come le falsità raccontate dal responsabile di tutto ciò, col quale una micronazione non può certo avere a che fare.

Relativemente a isto sekunde elemento nos repete que le traktato signate dal mesme Joan II le 8 januario 2007 sanciva, kon le artikulo 4, que "Kon le redaktion de isto traktato, le duo nationes se deklara portator de un mikronationalismo serie, per le independentia e nn sol de facyada. Per isto le due nationes garanti de non interprender relationes kon le respektive inimikos e del mikronationalismo in jeneral".
Impero es un projekto serie e per isto motivo illo respekta quanto subskribe in lle traktatos que stipula. Ergo illo se expekta que anque le altere partes tenea fide a lor parola e a cello que liberemente e voluntarimente illas selije de approbar.

In isto kontexto Impero ha inde prendite akto del fakto que le mikronation Regne de Riboalte ha cessate de exister.
Inde a signalar a cello que remaneva de Regne de Riboalte le fin del relation esseva Micronazione Sovrana Impero a kausa del violation del traktato, dum Joan II se limitava a acceptar nostre kommunikation.
In le mesme littera Impero konkludeva dicendo que nostre mikronation es un entitate serie que ha relationes diplomatik e kontaktos kon mikronationes, nationes e organisationes que ha komo skopo le rekognition de lor identitate e le konsequimento de lor independentia real. Position que, semper Joan II, ha klassifikate komo ignorantia.
Micronazione Sovrana Impero non ha unquam cerkate Regne de Riboalte, ma es illo que ha stabilite kontakto kon nostre nation rogando rekognition e relationes diplomatik realisate se pois kon le stipulation del traktato.
Antea le kommunikation final del 24 decembre 2008 non ce esseva essite altere kommunikationes de alkun jenere, a parte le augurios per le rekurrentias inviate da Impero.

Micronazione Sovrana Impero has known the ex-sovereign of the Regne de Riboalte, Joan II, who depreciated definitive his name and the name of the micronation he was the master and he led to the end, published in December 28th 2008 a mark in which he declared that the Regne de Riboalte broke the treaty in force with Impero because of overbearing interference of Impero about their allies and that after this decision they contacted Impero to communicate the end of diplomatic relationship.
It is necessary to issue this official statement to point out the realty of facts. In December 24th 2008 Micronazione Sovrana Impero remarking the decline of the Regne de Riboalte and the breach of the treaty has decreed to break off all the diplomatic relations. About this second element Impero confirms that the treaty signed by Joan II in January 8th 2007 decreed, at the article 4: “Art. 4 - By the sign of this treaty the two nations declare to be carriers of a serious micronationalism, independent and not pretend to be it. For this reason the two nations engage themselves to not begin relations with their respective enemies and of the all micronationalism”.
Impero is a serious project and respects the treaties it stipulates. So it expect the others keep one’s word and what they voluntarily and freely approve.
The Regne de Riboalte violated instead what the treaty enjoin going well with entities have nothing to do with micronationalism and in the course of 2008 a extra territorial micronation has let the birth of a raving internet site centres on a imaginary and fanciful country, where there are territorial property, invisible receptions and dinners, and where they show photos and filmed sequences (often elaborate) of monuments, buildings, territories, military operations and ceremonies of other states pretending they are facts and subjects present in Riboalte.
Consequently Impero has remarked the micronation Regne de Riboalte stopped to exist.
So, it was the Micronazione Sovrana Impero to point out to the remains of the Regne de Riboalte the end of all the diplomatic relations for the breach of the treaty, while Joan II limits himself to accept our communication.
In the same letter Impero concluded telling that our micronation is a serious entity that has diplomatic relations with micronations, nations and organizations that have as object the recognition of their identities and the attainment of their real independence. Objects that Joan II classified as ignorance.
Micronazione Sovrana Impero never has wanted the Regne de Riboalte, but the Regne de Riboalte contacted our nation asking for recognition and diplomatic relations came true in the stipulation of the treaty. Before the final communication in December 24th 2008, there weren’t other communications, except the wishes sent by Impero.
So, it is obvious that the Regne de Riboalte doesn’t exist more and his name is today used by a site that narrates the vicissitudes of a fanciful country, like the lies told by the person responsible of all, with whom a micronation certainly can’t have to do.
