TRATTATO DI RICONOSCIMENTO TRA IL REGNO DI PICTLAND IN ESILIO E LA MICRONAZIONE SOVRANA DI IMPERO

TREATY OF RECOGNITION BETWEEN THE KINGDOM OF PICTLAND-IN-EXILE AND THE SOVEREIGN MICRONATION OF IMPERO

Il Regno di Pictland in Esilio riconosce la Micronazione di Impero, come una nazione sovrana con tutti i diritti ed i privilegi che ne conseguono, e con questo documento stabilisce uno stato di amicizia e cooperazione tra loro.

The Kingdom of Pictland-in-exile does recognize the Micronation of Impero. As a sovereign nation with all of the rights and privledges attached there to. And do with this document establish a state of friendship and cooperation between them.

Art. 1 - Nessuna delle parti dovrà prendere parte ad atti aggressivi od ostili, diretti o indiretti, coperti o evidenti contro l'altra.

Art. 1 - That neither party shall participate in aggresive or hostile acts, direct or indirect ,covert or overt, against the other.

Art. 2 - Qualsiasi incomprensione dovesse sorgere tra le due parti deve essere risolta velocemente e con mezzi pacifici.

Art. 2 - Any estrangement that may arise between the two parties shall be speedily resolved by exclusively peaceful means.

Art. 3 - Se una delle parti dovesse venire in possesso di informazioni che suggeriscono l'esistenza di una minaccia presente o futura per la sovranità o la sicurezza nazionale dell'altra, qualsiasi parte deve informare l'altra di ciò il più velocemente possibile.

Art. 3 - Should either party come into possession of information. suggesting the existence of a present or future threat to the sovereignty or national security of the other. Each party shall inform the other of it as soon as reasonably possible.

Art. 4 - Entrambe le nazioni dovranno rispettare le reciproche posizioni diplomatiche nei confronti di tutte le altre nazioni.

Art. 4 - That both parties shall respect each others diplomatic position in respect to all other nations.

Art. 5 - Entrambe le parti dovranno rispettare gli sforzi militari o politici dell'altro. Allo stesso modo non dovranno combattere contro la sovranità o le relazioni dell'altro.

Art. 5 - That both parties shall respect the others military and political endeavors.Inso far as they do not conflict with the sovereignty or relationships of the other.

Art. 6 - Nel caso di una crisi internazionale, l'esistenza della quale dovrebbe essere dichiarata da entrambe le parti, dovranno entrambi supportare risolutamente l'altro in tutti i suoi sforzi per preservare la sua neutralità.

Art. 6 - That in the event of international crisis. The existence of which may be declared by eitherparty. They shall both steadfastly support the other in all efforts to preserve their neutrality.

Art. 7 - In caso di un'ostilità inevitabile, il Regno di Pictland in Esilio si impegna con questo trattato a difendere la sovranità della nazione sovrana di Impero e a salvaguardare i cittadini di Impero dall'aggressione.

Art. 7 - That in the event of unavoidable hostility. The Kingdom of Pictland-in-Exile does by this treaty, pleadge to defend the sovereignty of the sovereign micronation of Impero and to safeguard the subjects of Impero against aggresion.

Art. 8 - Questo trattato attesta la formazione di rapporti amichevoli tra il Regno di Pictland in Esilio e l'Impero.

Art. 8 - That this treaty form the foundation of and relationship between The Kingdom of Pictland-in-Exile and the sovereign Micronation of Impero.
